Dear Members: 

As you are aware, we are making some changes with U.S.A.G.A.®  Can you please take the time to e-mail me, Sr. Shihan Verycken, the following information:  your name, home and e-mail address, phone number, cell phone number (if you have one), rank, promotional date, Goju Hall number, your Sensei's name, a copy of your U.S.A.G.A.® certificate, if you have one, the name and address of your Dojo.  Also, if you are an 8th Degree Black Belt and above, what position you hold with the Association.  Please send this information as soon as possible.  All the above information is kept confidential.  Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
